In the UK Capgemini employ 8500+ people and are committed to changing their culture to be more inclusive. Capgemini first started working with us in late 2020 advertising their brand on workingmums.co.uk. They have since advertised more than 100 of their vacancies on the jobsite, generating over 650 applications and thousands of views of both their jobs and their branding on the Top Employer platform.

To sum up their experience of working with us in one word, they chose the word ‘collaborative’, which is exactly what we try to be with all of our clients. We want to make working with us a rewarding and fruitful experience and so our account managers put a great deal of effort into providing as personal an experience as possible and looking holistically at the client, what their objectives are and how we can help them reach their objectives both both with branding, sponsorship and recruitment activity.

Overall we have had a positive experience with a great working relationship with our Account Manager Hazel. The flexibility we have received perhaps in a challenging year has been very much appreciated. It is great to see we now have 2 hires of the back of this so far.
