Peer networking and celebrating leaders in D&I

We run a range of live and digital events to enable peer networking amongst D&I leaders, and to celebrate the pioneering companies and individuals for their work implementing policies and practices which make work more inclusive for everyone.

Launched in 2006, the annual Top Employer Awards celebrates best practice in smart working and advancing women in the workplace. Categories include career progression for women, flexible working, returners and dads.
