Our second WM People impact report, for financial year 2022-3, is now available. In it we seek to illustrate how our products and services produce positive short term and long term outcomes for our audience of both employers and candidates.

We deliver recruitment services, best practice insights and events to support employers with their ED&I strategy. Through our brands workingmums.co.uk, workingwise.co.uk and workingdads.co.uk we also focus on connecting professional women seeking flexible positions with employers offering full time, part time or home based jobs as well as connecting the over 50s with age friendly employers.
All of what we do leads to the single positive impact of improving the world of work for everyone, regardless of age and gender.
