Our flagship brand was launched in 2006. Back then, flexible working seemed like a new concept. A lot has changed in terms of attitudes to flexible working since, but the brand is still at the forefront of:

  • connecting professional and experienced working women to flexible jobs
  • enabling progressive employers to recruit and retain experienced talent and turn the tide on talent drain due to motherhood
  • disseminate and share best practice amongst employers to improve the situation for working mothers all over the UK.

Motherhood should not mean a step back from career, but should be allowed to develop and grow hand in hand. That is our purpose.
