Our Mission

Our mission is to improve the world of work for everyone by inspiring and promoting best practice in diversity and inclusion amongst employers, and connecting jobseekers to work that works for them whatever their situation.

Quality is a key value. Jobseekers who use our services typically have many years of experience in their field  –  particularly at management level. We aim to ensure that the employers we work with and the opportunities they provide are of a high quality.  We work with employers who recognise the benefits of diverse workforces both culturally and commercially, who strive to see beyond employees simply as a resource and embrace the whole person and all they can bring to a positive and productive working environment.

Diversity

Years of research show the benefits of diverse and inclusive workforces  –  and diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we do.  We respect and value people of all backgrounds, and encourage employers to do the same through the promotion of best practice, different ways of working and support of certain groups within society.

Flexibility

From the launch of our first website in 2006, providing jobseekers with access to flexible yet challenging work has always been a central goal. We work with the most progressive employers – employers who recognise the benefits that flexible working brings to their businesses including greater diversity, increased productivity,  improved employee retention and engagement and adaptability to the fast-changing world of work. Flexible working can ultimately make work better for both business and individuals, so it is a key driving force within our business. We live it too – it is how we operate, so we understand the benefits first hand.

Accountability

We set ourselves high expectations and aim to go above and beyond. We always look to add value,  using data to help us achieve great results. As a team we all contribute to company growth and we are all accountable for its success. Customer service is a cornerstone to everything we do, from responding to an individual enquiry, to taking a holistic approach to client solutions and working with them as a partner to achieve results. This also filters into the way we work as a team, supporting and encouraging growth and responsibility whilst being sympathetic to individual needs.

Integrity

Honesty and trust are values we uphold as a team and in our approach to our work. We are open, friendly and transparent with our clients and suppliers, and take the duty of care to our jobseekers very seriously. We investigate any concerns thoroughly and take action where appropriate to correct and improve the way we run the business. We pride ourselves on producing accurate and honest content, to ensure both employers and jobseekers get the right information.
