The Round Table Series brings together diversity and recruitment experts from leading organisations, across different industry sectors, to debate issues relating to diversity, flexible working and progressing women in the workplace.
Returner programmes, like everything, were affected by the pandemic, but have got back on a more even footing since. So, at a time of labour shortages across the economy, what is the latest thinking on how to develop and upscale them?
This roundtable will bring together pioneering organisations that have initiated and developed their returner programmes. The aim is to help other organisations do the same.
