Ageas are one of the largest car and home insurers in the UK and part of an international group, which is headquartered in Brussels. They employ 2000 people in the UK of which 55% are women. They have an outstanding approach to flexible working, offering hybrid working with colleagues typically spending one day a week in the office and the rest of the week working from home. They also offer some roles that are 100% remote and happy to combine hybrid or remote working with part-time and other flexible work patterns.
